IssueCreated rule with '# of Days Since Last Phone Number Change' fact in its rule condition. Sent an analyze call with CHANGE_PHONE event type however rule doesn't get triggered.
ResolutionIn order to trigger rule with '# of Days Since Last Phone Number Change' fact in its rule condition, phone contact must be added/updated in the database(RSA_CORE.CONTACTS table). To add/update phone contact, oobPhoneManagementRequest payload must be included in either updateUser, createUser or query SOAP call. Adding or updating phone contact doesn't require Out-of-Bound phone implementation.
'# of Days Since Last Phone Number Change' fact and CHANGE_PHONE event type are not related. CHANGE_PHONE event type is used to notify AA if the user attempts to change their contact phone number. To change phone contact, oobPhoneManagementRequest payload must be used as mentioned above.
Please find updateUser example in the attachment.
