She has a question on what to enter for the Area Code as it required 3 digits and the customer Area Code is only 3 digits?
ResolutionThe Customer service rep should just treat the Area Code and number as one continuous field. The first 3 numbers of the phone number should be entered into the Area Code, and the rest into the telephone number. The RSA system does just treat international phone numbers as this way (a concated string) making no special consideration for Area Codes
