|Issue||Notifications are not sending after creating a new application or questionnaire.|
|Tasks||One common mistake is that there is a failure to make sure that the application and/or questionnaire is configured correctly to allow the sending of notifications.|
After, or while creating your application, under the General tab, there will be an Options pane. If you have already created the application and need to go back to reconfigure it, navigate to the Administration navigation menu > Application Builder > Manage Applications.
The process is similar for questionnaires:
Perform a test notification to ensure that notifications are being sent. To assist with this you may utilize the Notifications Sent report under notifications.
