|Issue||Notifications are not sending after creating a new Application or Questionnaire.|
|Tasks||One common mistake is that there is a failure to make sure that the Application and/or Questionnaire is configured correctly to allow the sending of notifications.|
|Resolution||After or while creating your Application, under the general tab there will be an options pane. If you have already created the application and need to go back to re-configure it, navigate to the Administration navigation menu > Application Builder > Manage Applications.|
For Questionnaires, this is similar.
Perform a test notification to ensure that notifications are being sent. To assist with this you may utilize the Notifications Sent report under notifications.
