IssueNotifications are not sending after creating a new application or questionnaire.
TasksOne common mistake is that there is a failure to make sure that the application and/or questionnaire is configured correctly to allow the sending of notifications.
After, or while creating your application, under the General tab, there will be an Options pane. If you have already created the application and need to go back to reconfigure it, navigate to the Administration navigation menu > Application Builder > Manage Applications.

  1. Select your target application.
  2. Under the General tab, ensure that the Notifications box is enabled.

The process is similar for questionnaires:
  1. Navigate to the Administration Navigation Menu > Application Builder > Manage Questionnaires.
  2. Select your target Questionnaire.
  3. Check the checkbox next to Notifications.

Perform a test notification to ensure that notifications are being sent. To assist with this you may utilize the Notifications Sent report under notifications.
  1. As an Administrator, navigate to Administration > Notifications > View Notification reports.

  1. Click on Notifications Sent on the next window to see a report of recent notifications sent.User-added image
