IssueNotifications are not sending after creating a new Application or Questionnaire.
TasksOne common mistake is that there is a failure to make sure that the Application and/or Questionnaire is configured correctly to allow the sending of notifications.
ResolutionAfter or while creating your Application, under the general tab there will be an options pane. If you have already created the application and need to go back to re-configure it, navigate to the Administration navigation menu > Application Builder > Manage Applications.
  • Select your target application
  • Under the general tab.
  • Ensure that the NOTIFICATIONS box is enabled.

For Questionnaires, this is similar.
  • Navigate to the Administration Navigation Menu > Application Builder > Manage Questionnaires
  • Select your target Questionnaire
  • Check the checkbox next to notifications

Perform a test notification to ensure that notifications are being sent. To assist with this you may utilize the Notifications Sent report under notifications.
  • As an Administrator, navigate to Administration > Notifications > View Notification reports
  • Navigation for accessing Notifications sent report 1
  • Click on Notifications Sent on the next window to see a report of recent notifications sent.
