IssueNotifications sent to some users, but not to others.
CauseAccess Control / Permissions. End-user did not have rights to view record in Archer 5.x.
ResolutionChange access permissions for all intended users/groups so they can view the record in Archer 5.x.
WorkaroundAs a troubleshooting step:
  1. Temporarily assign the System Administrator Role to one of the affected end users.
  2. If notification now sends, this validates a permissions issue.
  3. Remove the System Administrator Role.
  4. Review the Access Roles, Groups, and Record Permissions.
