If an ODBC collection service stops, you need to start it again to get it working. You can also enable the automatic start of individual services if you want the service to start automatically.

Return to Procedures

The following procedure explains how to start a collection service. See Step 5: Start and Stop Services for Configured Protocols if you want the service to start automatically.

  1. In the Security Analytics menu, select Administration > Services.
  2. In the Services grid, select a Log Collector and select Actions menu cropped > View > System.
The Services System view is displayed.
  3. Select Collection > ODBC > Start.
