IssuePresentation event does not show upon log on for anyone in a non-admin role; however, users with system administrator roles will see the presentation.
ResolutionThis issue is resolved in 5.5.3.4.
WorkaroundCreate a role that has "Manage Training and Awareness Campaigns" and assign users/groups to that role.

Create Role


  1. Open "Manage Access Roles under Access Control in the Administrative workspace
  2. Create a new role (Example screen shot uses the name "_test")
  3. Filter Solution to "admin"
  4. Find "Manage Training and Awareness Campaigns" under Page Name and click the Read checkbox
  5. Save your role.
  6. Assign Role to user (s) or groups

Minor Consequence


The user will have the Administrative workspace visible in the Archer UI. It's contents will be limited to the Manage Training... area. See image below.
