IssueDuring a new installation or attempting to reinstall the ECAT service, the database gives error messages similar to the following:
>An exception occurred while executing a Transact_SQL statement or batch.
>At least one of the following parameters must be specified. "@body, @query, @file_attachments, @subject".
(Error 14524)

CauseThis is caused by a setting in the SQL database to send notifications via email but without configuring this properly.
ResolutionHave the customer contact their DBA to remove triggers in SQL database settings to send notification emails when a database is added/removed from the system. This is a reporting mechanism, and causes the ECAT installer to send errors when attempting to replace, create, or remove an existing database.
Note: You may see a database created during this process but the installer never complete and the tables not properly formatted. It is recommended to clear the error first, then delete the existing database if a new one is created.
WorkaroundThere is no way to workaround this issue until the error is resolved.
