IssueHow to perform the following tasks on RSA SecurID Soft Token imported on an Android device:
1] Extract Serial number
2] Rename a Soft Token
3] Swap between two or more Soft Tokens
4] Delete a Soft Token
ResolutionThe RSA Soft Token application installed on Windows with a RSA Soft Token imported on it would look as follows:

By deault, the first imported token would be the “Active” token.
1] Extracting Serial number of an already imported Soft Token:
[a] To extract the Serial Number of an imported token, tap the icon on the right corner of the corresponding token (the three dots icon).

[b] Select “Information” from the pop-up menu, as shown above.
[c] The resulting screens presents the token Serial Number, Expiration Date and the device Binding ID, as shown below:

2] Renaming an already imported Soft Token:
[a] To Rename an imported token, tap and hold the corresponding token.
[b] Select “Rename Token” from the pop-up menu, as shown below:

[c] Rename the token and click “OK”, as shown below:

3] Swapping between two imported Soft Tokens:
[a] The RSA Soft Token Application with more than one token imported, would look as follows when launched:

To switch from Token1 to Token2, tap on Token2. Now, Token2 would be the “Active” token.
4] Deleting an already imported Soft Token:
By design, an Active token cannot be deleted on RSA Soft Token application deployed on Windows phone.
[a] To Delete a non-active token, tap on the corresponding token to see the following screen:

[b] Click “Delete Token” from the above screen and click “OK” to confirm the token deletion as shown below:

How to copy Tokencode from an imported Soft Token:
To copy the Tokencode, select the “Copy Code” button from the menu below:

How to get the next Tokencode from an imported Soft Token:
To get the next token code, select the “Next Code” button from the menu below:
