RSA Version/Condition: 6.8.1+, 6.9.1+, 7.0+, 7.0.1+
IssueFrequently, support requests an ASR when troubleshooting issues reported in RSA G&L.  ASR stands for Aveksa Statistics Report. The report name changed to "Statistics Report" starting in 6.9.1; however, is still referred to as an ASR report.
The ASR provides information such as version, configuration, collection, table-size,and statistics information and is an invaluable tool for troubleshooting a multitude of issues.
This article provides steps for obtaining this report.
TasksIn the User Interface (UI) go to:

In 6.8.1


  1. Navigate to Admin > System > Diagnostics.
  2. Under Aveksa Statistics Report click on Create Report.
  3. When complete, click Download Report.

In 6.9.1, 7.0 and 7.0.1


  1. Navigate to Admin > System > Diagnostics.
  2. Under Statistics Report click on Create Report.
  3. When complete, click Download Report.
