|Issue||Importing Package gave warning regarding solution not available. When trying to add the Solution in the UI, an error occurs stating it already existed.|
Customer was installing package into a clean install database.
|Resolution||Incident Response Solution does exist and is part of the Incident Management Solution. However, the customer was not licensed for this, so therefore could not see it.|
When adding it via UI, Archer said it existed, which it did. We saw that the Solution was in the database even though they could not see it by running this SQL statement which lists all the Solutions that exist in the database.
SELECT * FROM tblNavMenuGroup
The customer added a solution using a different name and was able to use it to add her applications to.
The takeaway is that even though the Solution, Application, etc is not visible in the UI due to licensing, it still exists in the database and the same names cannot be created because they will conflict.
