IssueYou have set the ‘Default Email Account’ in Admin--> Email, as “abc@company-name.com”.

When you create a review, all reviewers, monitors receive the email from account 'notifications@aveksa.com' instead from 'abc@company-name.com'.
System does not send review email notifications from the address that you have defined as 'Default Email Account'.

ResolutionWhen any event is triggered, for example, “NewReviewMailTomonitors”, Aveksa System sends email to all monitors of newly created review.  By default, this event uses the email template with below settings:

This applies to the default email templates for below (all) event types:
  • Admin Errors
  • Attribute Sync
  • Backup
  • Reviews
  • Password Management
  • Rules
  • Report
  • Register User
  • System
Hence the email template for an event needs to be modified to set the desired address in a 'From' field. If you need the email to be received from default email address, same email address needs to be used in ‘From’ section.
You can also create new Email Templates with desired email address in ‘From’ section, however, that template is specified per event.
The email address defined in 'Default Email Account' will be used only in cases such as using ‘Send Email’ within the review (Review --> Review Items --> Send Email), for example, as shown below.
