RSA Version/Condition: 5.x, 6.x
ResolutionFollow the steps below to remove the “post-it note” icons in front of Questions from a Questionnaire.
  1. From the Navigation Menu, go to Administration > Application Builder > Manage Questionnaires.
  2. Open the required Questionnaire and select the Fields tab.
  3. Locate the Sub-Form field called "Comments".
  4. Inactivate this field and the icon will be removed.
