Summary:
With this release, RSA provides new enhancements and fixes to issues reported on RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.x previously released versions. This release also extends the supported platforms available.
What's new in this release:
- Generic authentication plug-ins. RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.3 P1 introduces three external authentication methods for step-up authentication. These external methods are configured by the customer. If a logon or transaction triggers a rule with the action set to challenge with an external authentication method, the customer-managed authentication method handles the authentication and notifies Adaptive Authentication whether authentication is successful or not.
- Support of phone extension for OOBPHONE authentication. RSA Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) 7.3 P1 introduces support for phone extensions for the OOBPHONE authentication method.
