RSA Version/Condition: All
IssueData Feeds and/or Notifications are not functioning/sending.
Jobs are not running in the Job Engine Manager.
New Jobs are backing up in the queue.
Resolution
  1. Open the Archer Control Panel (ACP) from any Archer server.
  2. Click on the Plugins and choose "Job Engine Manager".
  3. Click on Servers tab under Menu.
  4. Confirm that "Discontinue Job Processing" is UNCHECKED.  
  5. NOTE: If the option is enabled, that turns off all new job processing by the Job Engine, which of course includes Notifications and Data Feeds. Any Jobs already in the Jobs list will complete, but nothing new will process.
  6. After disabling the option, click the Save button.
