IssueThere are errors in the Archer logs for Inactive Calculated fields. Is it OK that Archer generates logs for disabled (Inactive) fields or this is a bug?
ResolutionThis is not a bug, Archer is designed to calculate fields that are Inactive.

An Enhancement Request to change this behavior is under consideration by the RSA Archer Product Management team. The ID and title are:

"Stop Calculating Inactive Fields and Fields in Retired Applications".

There is also an Idea for this posted on the Idea Center that customers can vote on for inclusion into a new Archer release.

Stop Calculating Inactive Fields

In the meantime, consider deleting Calculated Fields that you are not using rather than setting them to Inactive, particularly in your Production Instance.

As an alternative, if you do not want to delete the field you can:
  1. Copy the formula and paste it into the Description on the General tab to save it, then
  2. Uncheck the "Calculated" option.
That will prevent the field from recalculating.
