Known issues regarding access to product downloads in RSA Link

RSA Link is currently experiencing some known issues regarding access and permissions to product downloads.

  • In some situations, customers have not been given access to all of the restricted product pages for which they have an active maintenance contract.
  • Partners, resellers, MSSP, and ACR users are not getting access to all downloads on the portal as they had with SecurCare Online.

 

Some corrective actions have already been taken to resolve these issues and the investigation is ongoing to fully resolve them.  However, if you experience any issues with accessing the downloads pages for your products, please Contact RSA Customer Support for assistance.  It is also recommended that you refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information.

 

For Technical Support regarding the content of a service notification, contact your local service team or RSA Customer Support.
