Server Error in '/Archer' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.
CauseIn IIS Manager, the /api path is not setup as an IIS Application. This can happen if an Archer virtual directory is manually copied to create another Archer web site. The /api path should show the application icon instead of the folder icon.

The Application Pool does not match the one assigned to Archer web site (parent) or not using the same identity/credentials.
  • If the /api path is already an IIS Application, confirm the Application Pool matches the one assigned to Archer web site (parent).
  • If the /api path is an IIS Folder, complete these steps:
  1. From IIS Manager, right-click the api folder and select Convert to Application.
