Summary:

RSA, The Security Division of EMC, is reminding all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA Security Analytics (SA) 10.3. This version will reach EOPS on November 30, 2016. No Extended Support is being offered for this version. Customers still under maintenance can upgrade to the latest version of SA 10.6.

 

Affected Products:

  • Security Analytics 10.3.x

Recommendation:

Customers with Series 3 appliances in their environment – Series 3 appliances reached End of Primary Support as of June 2015. Customers who have Series 3 appliances deployed in their environment and are running SA 10.3 are encouraged to upgrade to SA 10.5, the latest version supported on Series 3. It is also recommended these customers contact their RSA Representative to discuss Tech Refresh options to allow them to get on supported appliances. Please note that SA 10.6 is not compatible with series 3 hardware.

 

All other Customers - Customers who have deployed RSA Security Analytics version 10.3 are encouraged to upgrade to the latest version of Security Analytics 10.6, as soon as possible. 

 

Please contact your local RSA Sales Representative or RSA Customer Support if there are any questions or concerns with the upgrade. Full details and instructions for upgrading are provided in the upgrade documentation.
