A single user is unable to download attachments from Archer in IE 11, but other users are able to download.  User is able to download attachments in the browser from pages aside from Archer.  

Steps to reproduce:

  1. User clicks on file.
  2. User receives the IE prompt to save the file.

  1. User clicksSave and the Save As prompt opens.
  2. User clicks the Save button and nothing happens.  They tried multiple file locations the user has access to, but nothing happens.
ResolutionTo resolve this issue you must uninstall and reinstall IE:
  1. Click Start.
  2. In search, type Turn Windows features on and off.

  1. Uncheck the option for Internet Explorer 11.
  2. Reboot.
  3. Repeat steps 1 - 3, but this time, enable the Internet Explorer 11 option and click OK.
  4. Reboot.
