Resolution | This is a back end job that ends up running. Basically, it will run to make things easier on disk space usage. The reason that it goes to "Unknown FileName" is that the file has actually been deleted and no longer exists.
If you want to shut this off - you can do so in the Job Engine Manager. You would need to launch it - go to the top left and click "Menu" -> System jobs - and then you can see what you have active there. The job you would want to deselect would be "System Job Cleanup" - and to do this you would want to put a checkmark in every checkbox outside of it.
However, this will have consequences if you do this. For one - you will start to lose disk space as the files start to pile up (meaning you would have to manually clean up those files every now and again).
I would suggest that you leave it on to clean up those files - unless you have significant disk space to spare. If you do decide to turn it off - I would strongly suggest that you keep an eye on performance and disk space usage for a while to make sure that you don't run into any issues. |
