CauseThe GoogleApps Application created in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle did not have the ability to allow disabling and locking of accounts. As a result, the change request associated with the user termination did not create a change request item for disabling the account. The termination should generate two change request items; one for disabling the account and the other for terminating the user.

EXAMPLE

Here is the actual request:

ResolutionThis issue is resolved in RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle 7.1.0. The GoogleApps wizard has been redesigned to include the ability to disable and/or lock accounts.
