RSA would like to inform customers that RSA Data Loss Prevention Suite has entered the End of Life phase of its Product Lifecycle. RSA will no longer develop new features, functionality for, or versions of RSA DLP.
Existing RSA DLP customers may obtain additional licenses or expand existing deployments until December 31, 2015.
RSA DLP will reach its End of Primary Support (EOPS) on January 31, 2017. Primary Support is designed to provide hot fixes for product defects and security vulnerabilities.
RSA DLP will reach its End of Extended Support (EOXS) on December 31, 2018. Under extended support, customers receive benefits provided by their previous support agreement for all Severity 1 cases, including hot fixes to product defects if necessary. For cases of other severity levels, customers receive commercial reasonable support efforts but no hot fixes.
RSA Data Loss Prevention Suite (DLP) – ALL VERSIONS AND PATCHES
RSA recommends that customers consider whether existing deployments may need to be expanded prior to the deadline on December 31, 2015.
RSA recommends that customers engage with their account manager or RSA Customer Support about Support options.
RSA does not have alternative product or migration recommendations for RSA DLP.
