Summary

The RSA Archer Business Resiliency Use Cases Deep Dive on-demand lab provides a closer look at five use cases:

  • Issues Management
  • Business Impact Analysis
  • Incident Management
  • Business Continuity & IT Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Resiliency Management

Overview

This self-paced on-demand lab is part of a series that offers a deeper look into specific use cases within the RSA Archer GRC product. The Issues Management use case is a prerequisite for Business Resiliency, as well as other use cases within the Archer Solution areas. Business Impact Analysis is designed to help you determine the criticality of business processes. Incident Management provides case management and incident response for reporting cyber and physical incidents, categorizing them, and determining the appropriate response procedures. BC/DR Planning enables you to perform risk assessments and document and test business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans that target your organization, including business processes, locations, IT applications and
infrastructure, and information assets. RSA® Archer® Resiliency Management provides a coordinated, consistent, and automated approach to bring the related but disparate functions of business continuity (BC) and IT disaster recovery (DR) together. These use cases can build on each other to help provide organizations with a quick win and faster return on investment.

Within this on-demand lab, students will have the opportunity to view demo videos, review documentation, and observe a sample design session that gives the viewer some insight into things that should be considered prior to implementing a Business Resiliency solution.

Lab exercises provide students with the ability to practice what they have learned. To maximize the value of your learning experience, this course also includes access to RSA University’s virtual environment.
