IssueIn the FI_Authentication load sheet, what is the difference between OOB SMS and OTP SMS authentication methods?
ResolutionFor OOB SMS, RSA and its vendor (typically Athentify) will do the entire function including sending a text message and then making sure that it is entered correctly as part of the authentication process. For OTP password OOB, RSA will simply add a generate the OTP and pass it on to the the FI. The FI is responsible for sending it on the the end user. The end user will complete the authentication by entering in on the web page,
