RSA Product/Service Type: Archer
RSA Version/Condition: 5.X and 6.X
|Issue||Data Import shows as "Pending" but you can check in the Archer Control Panel > Job Engine Manager > Failed Jobs and see that the job actually Faulted.|
|Cause||Various reasons the job faulted. The objective is to get the Archer UI to reflect the proper status.|
|Resolution||SQL access will be required. You will need the ability to run UPDATE statements.|
NOTE: Take a database backup of the RSA Archer Instance database prior to running ANY update statements
You can now validate in the Archer UI that the Data Import reflects the proper status.
