Issue | Data Import shows as "Pending" but you can check in the Archer Control Panel > Job Engine Manager > Failed Jobs and see that the job actually Faulted. |
Cause | Various reasons the job faulted. The objective is to get the Archer UI to reflect the proper status. |
Resolution | SQL access will be required. You will need the ability to run UPDATE statements. NOTE: Take a database backup of the RSA Archer Instance database prior to running ANY update statements
You can now validate in the Archer UI that the Data Import reflects the proper status. |
