|Issue||The RSA Certificate Manager 6.9 upgrade fails using an upgrade package. It repeatedly prompts for the enrollServer.key passphrase:|
The password you supplied is not the correct password for the following key file:
Continuously prompted for the <path>\WebServer\ssl\private\enrollServer.key password.
|Cause||The RSA BSAFE SSL-C library files are not present within the operating system environment.|
|Resolution||Please refer to Chapter 2, entitled "Installing RSA Certificate Manager" beginning on page 22 of the RSA Certificate Manager 6.9 Installation Guide for instructions on installing the RSA BSAFE SSL-C 220.127.116.11 library files for RSA Certificate Manager 6.9.|
Please contact RSA Customer Support if you are still experiencing technical problems installing RSA Certificate Manager 6.9 build 551 or later on a supported Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) platform.
