IssueThe RSA Certificate Manager 6.9 upgrade fails using an upgrade package.  It repeatedly prompts for the enrollServer.key passphrase:
The password you supplied is not the correct password for the following key file:
   <install-path>/RSA_CM/Upgrader/package/WebServer/ssl/private/enrollServer.key

CauseThe RSA BSAFE SSL-C library files are not present within the operating system environment.
ResolutionPlease refer to Chapter 2, entitled "Installing RSA Certificate Manager" beginning on page 22 of the RSA Certificate Manager 6.9 Installation Guide for instructions on installing the RSA BSAFE SSL-C 2.8.5.1 library files for RSA Certificate Manager 6.9.

Please contact RSA Customer Support if you are still experiencing technical problems installing RSA Certificate Manager 6.9 build 551 or later on a supported Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 (64-bit) platform.

NotesThe following (repeated) errors can be ignored, as these come up from an nCipher library embedded in RCM, when there is no nCipher HSM/client installed on the host:
