IssueAAOP customer was attempting to open the AdaptiveAuthentication webpage, but was seeing this error.
"The website cannot display the page"

They were also seeing the following error in the aa_server.log:
2016-09-23 08:34:21,522 ERROR [localhost-startStop-1] [] [] [com.rsa.csd.config.AAOPGenConfigProxyImpl] -
<Error getting parameter:>

ResolutionThe customer was running Apache Tomcat, and just using the URL http://localhost displayed
the default page, so it did not appear to be a Tomcat issue.
A search of the aa_server.log showed the "Error getting parameter:" error message.  This
was displayed at the beginning of the log file, which I believe is when AdaptiveAuthentication
attempts to read the config parameters from the database.
A review of the External Data Provider settings in the Adaptive Authentication Back Office
webpage showed that the filename specifications did not match with the actual filenames
found on disk under C:\RSA\.  Once the filenames were corrected in Back Office, saved,
published, and Tomcat restarted, the AdaptiveAuthentication webpage displayed properly.
Keep in mind that the case sensitivity of the files can cause this error as well.
