ResolutionThe error was due to the Day light Savings time change in the USA. Offline tasks are usually scheduled between 1 AM and 2 AM, and on daylight savings the clock is turned back again which results in offline tasks running two times the same day resulting in constraint errors.
The solution is to reschedule the offline tasks to run at 4 AM on Daylight Savings day or wait until 14 days where the issue will be resolved automatically.
Health Check usually runs on 7 or 14 days of past data so the constraint error will be automatically go away after 7 or 14 days depending on the customer configuration.
