Error #2:
|
Cause | Misconfiguration of the Caching service. |
Resolution | Correct the configuration of the RSA Archer Caching Service in the Archer Control Panel Error #1. Caching is disabled in the Archer Control Panel's installation settings tab. It is required to configure caching in the Archer Control Panel before starting the service. Important Note: This error will also happen when caching has been enabled and configured in the Archer Control Panel but has not yet been committed / "Saved" (button in the top left). Error #2. Caching is enabled but has been configured for a different IP address other than the server that you are attempting to start the RSA Archer Caching Service on.
Important Note: This may also be caused by the IP address of the caching server changing, such as in a Disaster Recovery fail over of the server to another server where that other server is not configured in the Archer Control Panel as the "High Availability Server" for the caching service. |
