RSA Version/Condition: 5.X and 6.X
IssueContent Keyword Searching works, but Attachment Keyword Searching does not.
CauseThe Keyword Searching option is not enabled for the Attachment field you want to search.

The file attached is not a supported file type. Supported file types: Word, Excel, PDF, and Text.

The Queuing Service is not running.

  1. Navigate to Administration > Application Builder > Manage Applications/Questionnaires
  2. Open the Application/Questionnaire
  3. Select Fields tab.
  4. Open the Attachment field and select the Options tab.
  5. Enable the Keyword Searching option.
  6. Save changes.

NotesIf you are having issues Keyword Searching a Microsoft Office document, make sure Microsoft Filter Pack 2.0 or newer is installed on all Web Servers and Services servers.
