RSA Link (support.rsa.com) is currently experiencing an issue that is preventing some users from downloading larger product downloads such as service packs and patches.  Some users are reporting that when attempting to download files they are presented with the following message:  An error occurred while processing your request.

 

RSA is actively working to resolve this issue and it should be corrected shortly.

 

For Technical Support regarding the content of a service notification, contact your local service team or RSA Customer Support.
