IssueThis article provides a custom query that will list all RSA SecurID software tokens that have been assigned to users, but have not yet been issued.
  1. Launch RSA Authentication Manager Host Mode or Remote Mode.
  2. Select Custom Queries> Reports.
  3. Click Add to create a new query.
  4. When prompted, enter the name of the new query and select the query type.  Click Next.
  5. Paste the following SQL statement in the text box:
SELECT chDefaultLogin, chSerialNum 
  ON SDToken.iUserNum = SDUser.iUserNum
WHERE iType=4 AND SDToken.iUserNum <> 0 AND bSoftID_Deployed=no

  1. Click Check Syntax to verify the query is valid.  Click Next.
  2. Edit the column names (optional) and click Next.
  3. Select administrative level (optional) and click Next.
  4. Create a description (optional) and click Next.
  5. Enter output parameters (optional) and select the output file format.  Click Finish.
  6. Select the query created above and click Run.
  7. Edit output format, if needed, and click OK.
  8. Click OK on the message box that shows where the output file is saved.
The query results will show the User Default Login and the Token Serial Number of all software tokens assigned but not yet issued.
