IssueAn Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) recently submitted the following question:
If partitioning is enabled, will the Event_log table do only ‘Read’ operations in older partitions or it will also perform ‘Read/Insert/Update’ operations as well ?
ResolutionThe answer is that the Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) system does have read & write access to older partitions of the database tables.  Two examples of where an update (read and write) would be possible is:
1. Via an EXTRA_AUTH or NOTIFY API call.
2. Via fraud marking of a case in Case Management.
