Applies ToThis article applies to RSA customers or partners who had originally registered on the now decommissioned RSA SecurCare Online (SCOL) website prior to the existence of RSA Link.
IssueAfter logging in to the RSA Link website a page entitled RSA Link Single Sign-On Error is displayed that states the following:

You have reached this page because there was an error with your login.
Please see the documents below to get assistance with your issue.

Alternatively, a Jive SSO Error page may be displayed with the message below.

An error occurred while attempting authentication through single sign-on (SSO)

When attempting to register for an RSA Link account the error message below is displayed.

Our records show that this email is already registered for RSA Link.

CauseThis issue occurs due to a discrepancy with your account that needs to be corrected, after which you will be able to re-register on the RSA Registration Portal.
ResolutionTo resolve this issue, contact RSA Customer Support and reference this article for further assistance.
