IssueThe customer is an existing RSA SecurCare Online (SCOL) user but receives a Jive SSO Error when attempting to log into RSA Link.
An error occurred while attempting authentication through single sign-on (SSO)

When the customer attempts to register for an account, they receive the following error:
Our records show that this email is already registered for RSA Link.

CauseThis issue occurs due to a discrepancy with the user's account that needs to be corrected, which will then allow them to re-register on the RSA Registration Portal.
