The following Exceptions are found in the Archer.AdvancedWorkflow log file:

There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/workpoint/monitor/job.svc that could accept the message.
This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

CauseThis is a known defect logged as ARCHER-31505. When Archer is installed, the template file is missing some attributes required by the service.
ResolutionBy adding the template file from a working Archer version, the system will now have the proper attributes in the template file to allow the service to run properly.  The only way to get a valid source file would be from a working version.
  1. Copy the attached file "WpServiceHost.exe.config" to any server running the Advanced Workflow service
  2. Stop the RSA Archer Workflow service
  3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\RSA Archer\Services\Workpoint\conf\templates
  4. Delete WpServiceHost.exe.config
  5. Paste the attached file into this directory
  6. Restart Advanced Workflow service
