CauseActive Directory contains more users that match the LDAP configuration than the number of users for the Archer license.
ResolutionResult of LDAP sync if Active Directory contains more users that match the LDAP configuration than the number of users for the Archer license:
  1. The LDAP sync pages through the list of users in Active Directory.
  2. Any users found in AD that do not have an Archer account will have active Archer accounts created.
  3. Once the maximum number of licensed users is reached, no more users are added and any existing users in the remainder of the list are deactivated.
