IssueSMTP Server not configured properly in the Archer Control Panel (ACP).
  1. Open Archer Control Panel (ACP).
  2. Open the Archer Instance in question.
  3. Click on the General tab.
  4. Scroll down and find the Notifications section.
  5. Click Test Connection link.

ResolutionIf test connection successful, please contact RSA Archer Support for further assistance.
If not successful, validate the settings for Notifications section are valid for your SMTP server.
