Cause
An investigation of Record Permissions Fields revealed that 2 recently added manual RP Fields were configured as 'Dropdown' instead of 'Values Popup', which caused slowness due to all users being loaded during the Edit process.
ResolutionChange the Display Control to 'Values Popup'.
