IssueWhile installing RSA Archer web service the "index out of bound" error pops up while selecting the Archer web site location (Default web site or any application under default website)
CauseIt happens if the default website is not properly set up and not pointing to the website root directory. Since, Archer installer cannot determine which location to install the web service.
ResolutionGo to IIS - > Expand Sites- > Right click on the 'Default Website' - > Advance settings - > Set an appropriate path and application pool for the default web site. 
Perform IISreset
Rerun the installer. It will work this time.
