IssueWhen accessing the RSA Link (https://support.rsa.com) website, a red error message is displayed underneath the main menu warning that JavaScript is not enabled.

CauseThis error appears when Active Scripting has been disabled in the security preferences within Internet Explorer 11.
ResolutionTo resolve the issue, you must perform the steps below to enable Active Scripting in your browser.
  1. Click on the Tools icon in the top-right corner of the browser and select Internet Options.

  2. Click on the Security tab and then click on the Custom level... button.

  3. Scroll down until you reach the Scripting section and change the Active scripting option to Enable.

  4. Click Yes at the warning prompt and then click the OK button to save the changes.

After making this change and reloading the web page, the error message will no longer display and the website will work properly.
