Issue Test users may show higher risk scores and these are due to risk score contributors such as (not inclusive)
  • Many users using this mobile device in the last hour
  • Many user have used my device in the last hour  
  • Still showing as a new mobile device.  
  • Device fingerprint is in the internal fraud list 
Also note -- if these users are not challenged when it looks like they should and other unexplained behaviors.
 
ResolutionCustomer Support Engineers should always ask if the users whose transactions are being questioned by the customer are test users. 
If these users are not challenged when it looks like they should and other unexplained behaviors, go to the BackOffice Policy Manager and look at the rules being triggered  to see if they have
- Excludes
-white lists associated, and if the user is in the white list.
