|Issue||How to install WTD with a different user than the default rsawtd user, which is created during installation.|
|Resolution||Installing WTD with different user than the default one ("rsawtd") is complicated as even when running the installation using a different user (already added to sudoers), most of the processes still use and run by the default "rsawtd" user.|
After installation Customer has to manually reset all permissions and privileges to new user (for all folders/files/binaries), and restart all processes.
However, if Customer is upgrading, instead of a fresh install, the older user "silvertail" is used and "rsawtd" user is not created.
