IssueHow to install WTD with a different user than the default rsawtd user, which is created during installation.
ResolutionInstalling WTD with different user than the default one ("rsawtd") is complicated as even when running the installation using a different user (already added to sudoers), most of the processes still use and run by the default "rsawtd" user.
After installation Customer has to manually reset all permissions and privileges to new user (for all folders/files/binaries), and restart all processes.
However, if Customer is upgrading, instead of a fresh install, the older user "silvertail" is used and "rsawtd" user is not created.
