RSA Product/Service Type: 3DSecure (3DS)
|Issue||RDR (Raw Data reports) are reports designed to transfer the data stored in the Adaptive Authentication for eCommerce system to the issuer. It is only supplied to Users who asked for it.|

If a Customer reports to RSA Customer Support that RDR files are missed for a particular date. For e.g- CITI reported missing RDR for date 2nd May, they want to have these resent.
|Tasks||Ask the customer if they are ready for the resend, or want it to be at a certain time when their internal processes are ready to receive.|
|Resolution||1. Open a Saas Ops case.(Sample- 00682038)|
2. Mention the Customer name and the date of the missed RDR.
3. Once Ops send out the RDR file, verify with customer if they receive the file.
4. if yes, resolve the case. If no, Check with Ops team if any issue with file delivery.
