|Issue||No physical license file is available to install the RSA SecurID Access SSO Agent (identity router and cloud components).|
|Tasks||As the RSA SecurID Access SSO Agent is partly a SaaS product, licensing is applied automatically for your deployment by RSA. Although a license number is provided by RSA, customers do not install the license themselves and no physical license file is available.|
To find out your license number for RSA SecurID Access SSO Agent, or for any other licensing questions you may have ongoing, contact your RSA Sales representative or RSA Support.
|Resolution||When your RSA SecurID Access SSO Agent deployment is provisioned by RSA, an email will be sent to the designated person with the initial sign in details needed to setup and configure the deployment. The email will be sent to an address previously agreed to with RSA Sales or RSA Professional Services. If that email is not received when expected, contact your RSA Sales or RSA Professional Services representative to check on the status of your purchase. RSA Support can assist if you are unsure of who to contact.|
As soon as you receive the email, you or RSA Professional Services, as applicable, can begin to setup and configure your RSA SecurID Access deployment.
