|Issue||No physical license file is available to install the RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service (Identity Router and Cloud components).|
|Tasks||As the RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service is partly a SaaS product, licensing is applied automatically for your deployment by RSA. Although a license number is provided by RSA, customers do not install the license themselves and no physical license file is available.|
To find out your license number for the RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service, or for any other licensing questions you may have, please contact your RSA sales representative or RSA customer support.
|Resolution||When your RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service deployment is provisioned by RSA, an email will be sent to the contact person on the Sales Order, with the initial sign in details needed to setup and configure the deployment. The contact person's details were provided to your RSA Sales or RSA Partner representative. If that email is not received when expected, contact your RSA Sales or RSA Partner representative to check on the status of your purchase. RSA customer support can assist if you are unsure of the person to contact.|
As soon as you receive the email, you or RSA Professional Services, as applicable, can begin to setup and configure your RSA SecurID Access Cloud Authentication Service deployment.
