IssueCustomer upgraded their Adaptive Authentication (On Premise) from V7.1 P6 to V7.3,
and now see the following error:

2017-02-08 15:37:26,054 ERROR [WebContainer : 0] [eff7-:fc5d75f1a51:ca6b70c5-] [dff7-:fc5d75f1a51:ca6b70c5-_TRX]
[com.rsa.csd.impl.RsaTransactionImpl] - Caused by: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "PM_ID":
invalid identifier 08 Feb 2017 15:37:26,031 WARN [WebContainer : 0] [com.rsa.risk.datalayer.direct.CGenericDAO]
SQL query could not complete insert into EVENT_LOG (SYS_CREATION_DATE, LASTMODIFIED, EVENT_ID, IP_ISP, IP_REGION,
IP_CITY, IP_OWNER, IP_CONNECTION_TYPE, IP_ROUTING_TYPE,EXT_ACCT_ROUTING_CODE, LOGIN_ID, SESSION_ID,
USER_ACCT_NUMBER, CLIENT_TRX_ID....

The customer checked their .sql scripts that were created and could not find a reference
to PM_ID.
TasksIt was noticed that the script, 68_AA72x_CRE_db_changes.sql, which has the PM_ID
references, was not in the customer's list of scripts.
Checked the upgrade kit and noticed one can upgrade to V7.3 from either:
- V7.1 P6 (7.1.0.6.0)
- V7.2 (7.2.0.0.0) (default value)

ResolutionIt looks like during the upgrade, the default value of 7.2 was used.
Since the PM_ID was added to the EVENT_LOG table in V7.2, using
a value of V7.2 as the current version would have assumed that the
PM_ID had already been added.
(See attached screenshot.)
The upgrade was re-run, with a current installed version = 7.1.0.6.0,
and the proper .sql scripts were generated.  The .sql scripts were run,
the PM_ID was added to the EVENT_LOG, and the customer was able
to start AAOP without error.
