RSA Version/Condition: 7.0.1
IssueTo be able to diagnose some issues in the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle 7.0.1 and RSA Identity Management and Governance 7.0.0 products, DEBUG logging needs to be enabled.
  1. Login as the AveksaAdmin user.
  2. Follow the "bread crumb" trail by selecting Admin > System.
  3. Click on the Logs tab.
  4. Click on Settings.
  5. Under Root Logger, change the Level option to DEBUG from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click OK.
Setting DEBUG logging mode
ResolutionWhen DEBUG mode is enabled, the following entry is generated in the log:
10/26/2016 19:10:41.124 DEBUG (default task-32) [com.aveksa.server.logging.LogServiceProvider]
