Issue

When attempting to Edit a workflow, the web browser pops up the following error on an IBM WebSphere installation:


Server Error
Proxy unable to access remote Workpoint Server

This error could potentially happen on a WebLogic application server too. Check your application server logs for further clues.
CauseCheck that the correct ArchitectWF.ear that was built for your application server is deployed. This issue has been encountered when the ArchitectWF.ear from the appliance (WildFly/JBoss) build was deployed in WebSphere.
ResolutionDownload the correct version of RSA Identity Lifecycle and Governance for your application server and redeploy.
