When examining a node in a Workflow, the following error message may be received:

Unable to read Completion Codes.  A null inbound message was received by the server.  This may indicate that the HTTP POST request was too large for the web server to handle.  Consider enlarging the HTTP POST size limit in the web server configuration.  The request message size is 14326442.

CauseFurther examination of the aveksaServer.log file may show one of more of the following Oracle database error messages:
ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

The cause of the Workflow Node error message is that the Oracle database is not available. Therefore, it cannot display the Completion Codes and the error occurs.
ResolutionContact the Oracle Database Administrator to determine the status of the AVDB Oracle database. If the database has been shut down for a cold backup, please arrange for a database backup to be coordinated with a shut down of the RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle as well.
