IssueWhen attempting to respond to a post on RSA Link, clicking on the Add a Reply button in RSA Link fails intermittently and does not open the embedded text editor for the response.

Instead, the page scrolls up to the top with no option to add a reply.  When the issue occurs, the Add a Reply button does not work even if attempted repeatedly.
(Note: You must be logged in to RSA Link in order to add comments to or respond to posts.)
CauseThis is a known issue and will be resolved in a future update to the RSA Link platform.
WorkaroundWhen the Add a Reply button does not work, you can still respond to the post in one of the following ways:
  • If you subscribe to and receive emails for the post, simply reply to the email notification with your input/feedback. Your response via email will be published to the post.
  • Click on the Comment link at the top of the page (under the post's title), and add your comments/feedback in the embedded text editor.
