|Issue||After logging in to the RSA Link website a page entitled RSA Link Single Sign-On Error is displayed that states the following:|
Alternatively, a Jive SSO Error page may be displayed with the message below.
|Cause||This error occurs when the user has not yet registered for an RSA Link account.|
|Resolution||The user must go to the RSA Registration Portal (which can be done by clicking on the REGISTER NOW button on the RSA Link home page or by navigating directly to https://community.rsa.com/register) and register using their corporate email address. After registering, the user will be able to log in successfully using his/her corporate credentials.|
|Notes||After registering for an RSA Link account and logging in for the first time, it may take up to 60 seconds to be granted access to the sections of RSA Link that are restricted to employees.|
